Selling Your Condo?

Price:  Price is king.  The best way to sell your condo is to price it right.  In order for that to happen, it is recommended you request a Free Market analysis.  If you are not ready to list your home and just want a quick market glance, try searching for what your neighbors are currently asking for their condos. Since we only list & sell condos, we are best equipped to help you price your condo and obtain the highest market value.

Marketing.  Good exposure is what sells.  Online exposure as well as informing the condo community about your sale, are some of the first and most important steps we take.  Our website ranks high on all search engines and our traffic continues to increase.  Several pictures, virtual tours and print brochures are just a few of the basics we provide to help your listing stand-out amongst the others.  In addition to online exposure, we send postcards to residents in your community about the new listing, advertise in the local paper(s) and work with each property individually to find your Buyer.

Showings/Offers.  Our office will schedule and regulate all showings as well as report any feedback.  When a Buyer is found and an offer is brought to the table, then our experience is put to work for you.
