Step 1.  Education

Price Range/Pre-Qualification.  If a condo is the right choice, then finding a price range is next.  A pre-qualification is  an easy process to find the price that best fits your budget.  The lending institution is the Buyer's choice, however, we suggest Grand Oak Mortgage as a recommended source.

Step 2.  Selection

Searches Do it yourself: We know the condo market better than anyone as condos are our specialty.  Our searches only look for condos. We have specialized services that allows you to search efficiently and continuously until you find exactly what you are looking for.

View Condos Online:  All of the available condos will show location maps, give directions to the community as well as provide information on schools, retailers & etc.  When available, pictures and virtual tours will be online to best show you the interior and exterior of the condo.

Guided Tours: There is no substitute for viewing the listings in person. Once you have determined which condos you are qualified to purchase, as well as the ones the meet your particular needs, then the time is right to view them!

Purchase/Closing: Once your selection is made, purchase negotiations will begin.  Our market knowledge will once again be put to work for you.  Price, review of condo documents, time to close, inspections, appraisals and mortgage approval are some of the items we will assist you with during this final stage.
